DESIGN PROCESS

Research

This is the first step to our design process for our products. We select a nonprofit we strongly believe in and that we want to support. We then do outside research to create a concept that we feel represents the nonprofits missions and/or location. Our first collaboration with two organizations in Thailand and Hawai'i allowed us to create this moodboard to get a better idea of visuals and preferences.

Design

Once we have a rough idea or concept for the design, we go straight to the drawing board! Definitely one of our favorite steps! We create multiple different drafts and ideas during this process so that our team can discuss and carefully anaylze specific angles we would like to make the "perfect" products for you to enjoy!

Approval

Once finals touches have been made, every cross cultural design Ambassador gets sent the designs so that we can find any mistakes or changes that need to be made. This final step in the design process is crucial, as these designs are meant to unify and connect nonprofits with similar goals, but from different places around the world through art and cultural appreciation, so making sure everything is accurate is very important to us.
